Our small-batch Florida Vanilla CO₂ Extract is made from locally-grown vanilla beans and is 12% vanillin. It is unlike any other vanilla product sold today, with a very broad compound profile, yet smooth and clean and easily mixed. Our proprietary process takes supercritical CO₂ extraction into fresh territory by removing unwanted plant waxes and never sullying the end product with any adulterating substance, keeping it free of particulate matter from the beginning.
